Activate warning about possible reduced accuracy by default

Renamed `WARN_REDUCED_ACCURACY` to `DISABLE_REDUCED_ACCURACY_WARNING`

Changed the condition for blinking from
```
#if ENABLED(WARN_REDUCED_ACCURACY)
```
to
```
#if DISABLED(DISABLE_REDUCED_ACCURACY_WARNING)
```
